Go to the Payments tab in the platform, then select Withdraw. Next, enter the currency and amount you wish to withdraw and the method:
By Card – you will see a list of stored cards (excluding Mastercards) that you can select from. We are unable to pay back to Mastercards and will therefore require a bank statement to initiate a bank transfer. You will need to register a bank account by sending a recent bank statement (dated within the last 3 months) to email@example.com from the email address we hold on file for you. The account name, account number and sort code must be visible. All other sensitive information can be blanked out.
By bank transfer – if you have registered a bank account with us then this will be the bank account used for bank transfers.

You can withdraw a maximum of $50,000 (or your account currency equivalent) to a card in any one transaction.
There’s no limit to the amount you can withdraw to your registered bank account.
There are no charges for credit/debit card or BACS withdrawals. Same day UK transfers incur a £15 admin charge and international bank transfers incur a £15 bank charge + any local charges your bank may set out.
