Go to the Payments tab in the platform, then select Withdraw. Next, enter the currency and amount you wish to withdraw and the method:
By Card – you will see a list of stored cards (excluding Mastercards) that you can select from. We are unable to pay back to Mastercards and will therefore require a bank statement to initiate a bank transfer. You will need to register a bank account by sending a recent bank statement (dated within the last 3 months) to csdocs@spreadco.com from the email address we hold on file for you. The account name, account number and sort code must be visible. All other sensitive information can be blanked out.
By bank transfer – if you have registered a bank account with us then this will be the bank account used for bank transfers.
Please note that withdrawals are not debited immediately and may take up to 24 hours to be processed.

Card withdrawals: Varies by card issuer. Some card issuers process withdrawals within an hour; with other card issuers, withdrawals can take up to five working days.
Bank withdrawals:

You can withdraw a maximum of $50,000 (or your account currency equivalent) to a card in any one transaction.
There’s no limit to the amount you can withdraw to your registered bank account.

Our policy is to pay back to source. Therefore if you have funded only by card then your withdrawal must go back to that card (except Mastercards in which case a bank transfer will be required). If you have funded by bank transfer only then all withdrawals must go back to that bank account.
In the instance where you have deposited by bank transfer and via card (s) then withdrawals will go back to where the majority of funds came from.
