Junior Sales Executive

Purpose of Role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, eager to excel in the financial services industry, and looking to significantly boost their earnings through performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily, actively reaching out to and engage with potential client to convert demo account to live trading accounts.
  • Drive client funding and encourage trading activity through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our financial products and the CFD and spread betting industry
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Confident with high energy, motivation, and a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building instincts
  • Organised, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn quickly
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Basic understanding of financial products and CFD/Spread Betting market is a plus, however not essential
  • Familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus, however not essential.
