Customer satisfaction survey Incentive – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • To qualify for the incentive, you must have received the satisfaction survey directly from us. The survey link is non-transferable, and only the designated recipient may complete it.
   • We reserve the right to withhold the incentive if we identify misuse or unauthorised sharing of the survey link.
   • Additionally, the incentive can only be redeemed once in a 12-month period, and it is applicable only to the main Spread Co account, excluding sub-accounts.
2. Incentive Payment:
   • Upon receiving a completed customer satisfaction survey, a £10 cleared cash credit will be credited to your Spread Co account.
   • The crediting process may take up to 5 working days. If you do not receive the cash credit within this period, please contact us promptly.
3. Survey Requirements:
   • The satisfaction survey must include your Spread Co account number for eligibility.
4. Exclusions:
   • This incentive scheme is applicable only to the Spread Co customer satisfaction survey and does not extend to Trustpilot reviews.

By participating in this incentive scheme, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the scheme at our discretion.
