  1. You must meet the required challenge outlined to be entered into this competition. Spread Co Ltd (and its representatives) will use your personal details for the purposes outlined above/below and as outlined in our privacy policy.
  2. Competition entries close at 23:59 on 23rd October. The 10 participants will be notified by Spread Co, by 12pm on 27th October 2014, via the details supplied when entering the competition.
  3. Entries must be submitted by completing the online form available on the Spread Co. website. Entries submitted by any other method will not be accepted.
  4. This competition is only open to UK residents currently studying at Undergraduate level at a University in the UK. Participants must be over the age of 18 at the closing date. Spread Co Ltd. Reserves the right to request proof of age.
  5. By entering this competition you agree to grant Spread Co the right to reference your entry in all media for all purposes in connection with the competition.
  6. Ten entrants will be chosen for the competition at Spread Co.’s discretion. Spread Co.’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
  7. The ten successful entrants will be given free accounts on the Spread Co site’s demo spread-betting software. 25,000 units of virtual currency will be placed in the account of each participant. At the end of a period of a week from the start of the competition the participant with the most virtual currency remaining in their account will be named the winner.
  8. The competition winner will be contacted personally by Sean McMahon. In the event of there being no reply from the contact details supplied by the winning blogger Spread Co. Ltd. reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up.
  9. The prize – a three month paid internship at Spread Co will take place over the summer period of 2015. There will be no alternative prize.
  10. Spread Co Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.
  11. Entrants must comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. Ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently will be automatically disqualified.
  12. This competition is not open to employees of Spread Co Ltd. or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
  13. Spread Co Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  14. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition. Entrants may be asked to take part in post competition publicity. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
