Overview

If you refer a friend to us who opens and funds a live account, we will apply a cash bonus of £50 to your account and to your friends account, subject to the following terms and conditions:

The cash bonus will be paid into your account for each friend whom you refer to Spread Co who: (i) opens and funds a live account with Spread Co with an initial deposit of at least £250; and (b) places at least five opening non-equity trades on the account.
You will only qualify to receive the cash bonus if:
- you have completed the online refer a friend form in relation to the friend you are referring; and
- at the time of the referral, you have a live account open with Spread Co which you have funded with at least £250 since opening and on which account you have placed at least five opening non-equity trades.
The cash bonus payment in respect of the referral of a friend may be claimed by you as soon as both you and that friend have placed five opening non-equity trades in your respective accounts. The bonus will be regarded as the last funds in your accounts for the purpose of withdrawal.
Claims may be made by telephone, by e-mail or in writing. They must be received by Spread Co no later than 4 weeks from the referred friend's fifth non-equity trade being done.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a “non-equity trade” means any CFD trade, FX trade or spread trade, as appropriate, in an underlying product other than those based on equities, which is successfully executed on the Spread Co trading platform, Saturn Trader, in accordance with Spread Co’s standard Spread Trading Terms of Business.
You must only refer people to us with whom you have an existing personal and/or business relationship and who you understand would be interested in receiving information about Spread Co and our products.
Spread Co reserves the right to withhold the payment of the cash bonus in our absolute discretion if we believe, for example, that there has been any attempt to abuse this promotion or that you have attempted to benefit from fraudulent activities. An example of such abuse would be where the referred friend executes the minimum number of trades for the minimum stakes and immediately requested payment under this offer.
Opening a live account is subject to satisfactory completion of the account opening process by the friend whom you refer, and to Spread Co’s confirmation that the account is appropriate for your friend. Spread Co has absolute discretion to refuse to permit your friend to open an account.
This offer is limited to the referral of new customers of Spread Co only and you may not refer yourself, anyone in your household or family, or anyone in the same household as an existing client. The offer is not open to any of Spread Co’s employees, or their friends or family. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other account opening offer. All referred clients must be aged 18 or over.
You must operate the account at all times in accordance with Spread Co’s normal terms and conditions.
Spread Co is the sole arbiter of this promotion and reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute Spread Co’s decision is final.
