Demo Account Terms and Conditions

Spread Co will use your information for the purposes of managing your profile and demo trading account and to provide you with the products and services that you have requested from us. We would also like to communicate with you about other opportunities for existing and new products and services which we consider suitable for you and accordingly, unless you advise us to the contrary in writing, by completing the account opening processes, you agree to be contacted by Spread Co by telephone or otherwise. You agree that the "personal data" (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) that you provide Spread Co with upon opening a demo account may be processed by Spread Co to enable the relationship between Spread Co and you to be carried out. You agree that Spread Co may, without prior notice to you, disclose your personal data to:

(a) its Connected Persons, including the entity that introduced you to Spread Co, for sales and marketing purposes;

(b) the FSA and other countries' regulatory authorities for such regulatory purposes as Spread Co determines is reasonably necessary;

As indicated, Spread Co's Connected Persons and such regulatory authorities, may be located in countries outside the European Economic Area which may not have laws to protect your personal data. You can obtain details of these persons to whom we may disclose your personal data and the relevant countries involved by asking us.

This demonstration of the trading platform (the Demo) is for demonstration purposes only. You do not acquire any rights as a result of using the Demo including, but not limited to, the right to receive any profits shown on your Demo trading account. Any profits or losses shown on your Demo trading account are notional only and Spread Co Limited reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the Demo at any time or without notice.

Spread Co Limited does not owe any duty of care to you in the administration of the Demo. Spread Co Limited expressly excludes liability for any corruption, delay or suspension of the Demo and the internet trading platform and for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, loss of use or data, interruption of business, and for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, even if such you have been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
